Whether you’re brand new to working out, or have been hitting the gym consistently for quite some time, there is always room to grow. having someone to support you along the way is the best way to ensure you reach your goals.
A little bit about me: I grew up dancing most of my life and it consumed most of my time as a kid/teen. Once graduating I began my fitness journey and I didn’t go about it the right way (then again, who really does?). From body image struggles to constantly comparing my body to others, I knew it wasn’t a sustainable path. When I first started working out, all I cared about was being “skinny” and losing weight. I ran myself deep on the cardio machines. But once I found the weight room, I fell in love. Building muscle and becoming stronger became a healthy addiction for me. How cool is it that we get to go into the gym and focus on becoming the best version of ourselves? Don’t get me wrong, we can still have physique goals, but if that's the only thing we focus on, we will never be able to appreciate all that our bodies have to offer us. I now have so much more to look forward to when it comes to fitness. I’ve been able to appreciate my body in all aspects of its journey.
